Transient Simulation of 2D Ball Valve Diverter in Ansys Fluent (Workshop)

This workshop will demonstrate the setup and execution of a Moving-Deforming Mesh (MDM) case in Ansys Fluent® fluid simulation software.

Learning Outcomes:

Following completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Use mesh interface and the rigid body dynamic mesh to simulate Ball Valve Diverter motion.
• Set up mesh interfaces.
• Create dynamic mesh.
• Compile and load rigid body UDF to a specific cell zones.
• Use different post-processing elements for proper visualization of results.

• Ansys Fluent Beyond the Basics
