This workshop will demonstrate the use of species transport model in Ansys Fluent® fluid simulation software to study the species diffusion and mixing characteristics in baffled reactors.
Learning Outcomes:
Following completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Set up the species transport problem.
- Analyze residence time distribution (RTD) of the reactor.
- Compare the mixing characteristics of the two reactors using RTD curves.
