Engineers are using test data of their materials in the actual component designs to ensure they are modeling the correct material. Ansys MCalibration software makes it easy to find the best material models for your materials. Ansys MCalibration software can extract material parameters for all material models in Ansys, bridging the gaps between material test data, selecting the material model, and determining the correct parameters that represent that data.
Learning Outcomes:
Following completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Navigate the Ansys MCalibration software to effectively perform material selection and calibration.
- Import experimental test data, choose a material model and perform calibration, and export a material data set that is ready to use within an Ansys structural simulation.
Prerequisites:
Ansys MCalibration software does not require knowledge of other Ansys structural simulation programs and runs independent of other simulation software.
