This short course will enhance your analysis capabilities by learning to run parametric solutions in Ansys Mechanical™ structural finite element analysis software. Here, you will learn how to define design parameters and use them for automatic update and solution of an analysis model for each set of parameters.
Learning Outcomes:
Following completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify and activate design parameters in several Ansys Mechanical applications.
- Define design points and configure design point studies (also known as parametric studies or “what-if” studies).
- Execute a design point solution to automatically create and solve a separate analysis model corresponding to each design point.
- Interpret the results of a design point solution.
