Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and architectural design of innovative software solutions across multiple R&D projects and domains.
• Coordinating product design and development activities, including user experience optimization, advanced solver research, and technical reference for cross-functional teams.
• Defining, developing, and institutionalizing best practices through technical reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Performing complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for multiple software products; collaborating with QA and support teams to resolve critical issues.
• Researching and interpreting marketing and customer requirements to shape product direction, performance criteria, and competitive positioning.
• Driving technical leadership as a project manager, team leader, or software architect, operating autonomously to deliver high-impact results.
• Engaging with strategic customers and partners to assess needs, provide technical guidance, and co-develop solutions.
