Overview
CFD simulation is a powerful numerical method for calculating 3D flow, complementing experimental work and other numerical methods. Typically, CFD simulations calculate flow distributions, velocity and pressure drops, age of water and residence times, tracer tests, multiphase flows involving solids and gases, free-surface flows, reactions, and UV dosing.
