Technical Support Engineer - Thermal (15328)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering expertise and knowledge of electronics thermal and flow simulation techniques to provide highest level technical support to customers and channel partners across the globe.
  • Leverage subject matter experts and Ansys knowledge to ensure high-quality, timely customer service that results in customer satisfaction while adhering to support processes and best practices.
  • Develop technical expertise in one simulation area.
  • Stay updated with the capabilities of the latest Ansys product releases.
  • Developing simulation best practices, solutions, FAQs for knowledge base.
  • Submit suggestions for product improvement. File defect reports and verify fixes adhering to defect reporting processes.
  • Participate in field testing of new releases to ensure that new features and workflows will address customer requirements.
  • Be agile and open to new responsibilities based on the business need.
  • Participate in other strategic team and company initiatives, as needed.
