Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365 (15333)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Possess detailed technical understanding of the full Microsoft 365 suite of products, including:
- Office 365
- SharePoint & OneDrive
- Microsoft 365 Groups & Microsoft Teams
- PowerApps and Flow
Participate in the resolution of Microsoft 365 related incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring a high standard of execution and ownership
- Work closely with employees and Operations teams to undertake investigations and diagnose performance and service-related issues, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 support processes and work to build understanding of these processes throughout the Operations team
- Provide education and training to the Ansys user base on the best utilization of the Microsoft 365 set of services
- Follow standard Microsoft 365 administration processes and guidelines with a high degree of quality and reliability
- Recommend and implement improvements to processes and guidelines through collaboration with the entire End User Computing team, especially using automation where appropriate
- Possess a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a very high level of customer service
- Capable of influencing senior level stakeholders and project teams
