Waveguides have been around for a long time and were predominantly used in telecommunications before the advent of wireless technology. The conductor walls of a waveguide guide wave propagation along its length.
Waveguides are available in many different forms. This course focuses on rectangular and circular waveguides filled with a lossless dielectric of the various types of waveguides available. This course covers the theory behind wave propagation in rectangular and circular waveguides by going through their governing equations. This course also covers the simulation aspects of these two waveguides using Ansys HFSS for a better learning experience for the user.

A course completion badge allows you to showcase your success. We partner with the Credly Acclaim platform, and digital badges can be used in email signatures, digital resumes and social media sites. The digital image contains verified metadata that describes your participation in our course and the topics and skills that were covered. This badge is for successfully completing the Waveguide Simulation Using Ansys HFSS course.
