      This can happen, when there is an ANSYS independent SpaceClaim installation, e.g. in C:Program FilesSpaceClaim 2019R2 This can have other effects like: ANSYS SpaceClaim 2019R2 is not available within Workbench ANSYS DM 2019R2 asks for the Serial Number also, if you try to import a SpaceClaim sdoc file. To resolve the issue de-install the standalone SpaceClaim version and reinstall a product like, CFX, Fluent or Mechanical that contains SpaceClaim also.
