Why there is a question mark indicating there is incomplete data for a reaction probe at contact?

      To be able to use reaction probe to get contact force you would need to turn to “YES” nodal forces and contact miscellaneous under Analysis Settings > Output controls. Once you make this change you would need to solve it again. The reason for new solution is that initially contact forces are not written to result file. Once you say YES for nodal forces and contact miscellaneous the contact forces are going to be saved in the result file.
