Why pressure drop in turbulent flow in pipe is different than what in Moody chart?

      In Moody chart the values are given for fully developed flow. Please make sure that you have fully developed flow. For a pipe flow, you need a long entrance zone ~ 40D to get fully developed before looking at the section of interest. Also you can use UDF for assigning profile. Once flow is fully developed it will match the values in Moody chart.
