Why is the toolbar layout in DesignModeler not kept for different sessions?

      Since version 15 the layout of the toolbars in DesignModeler is not saved after closing the application. This issue is caused by a Microsoft function that isn’t working properly. Development has determined that there will be no workaround or fix in future versions.
