Why is the ‘Ruler’ display not available in Fluent anymore? I try to change it but the option to display it is greyed out.

      The Ruler display is only available when using ‘orthographic’ projection, not ‘perspective’. The projection mode can be changed in the ‘Camera Parameters’ dialogue box, accessed from ‘Viewing->Camera’.
