We’re putting the final touches on our new badges platform. Badge issuance remains temporarily paused, but all completions are being recorded and will be fulfilled once the platform is live. Thank you for your patience.

When I try to open a project I obtain the following message: The design point file to be loaded does not exist: … designPoint.wbdp. Is it possible to retrieve all the information to open Fluent?

The main problem is that some files are missing. You need to find in the project folder a file with *.mechdb extension and follow the next steps: – After finding the *.mechdb file, duplicate this folder and change this file extension to *.mechdat – Open workbench and upload this file: File –> Import–> .mechdat – open the box with the geometry/mesh and export the mesh to a known extension. (*.msh is you want to open Fluent) Open a new project or add a new box with Fluent to work with the retrieved mesh.
