      Please use Control Panel > Firewall > Allow an App through firewall and Add C:Program FilesAnsysEMv221Win64ICEPAKMESHENGINE.exe to the firewall exceptions. This should resolve the issue. If Windows firewall is not in use, check if a 3rd party firewall is installed.
