      – Use sparse solver – Define a large number of substeps – Be sure that EngData are well defined and can represent the physics of the model – Use linear tetrahedral elements(solid285) in case of 3D model, or linear plane element with Mixed U-P formulation (keyopt 6 to 1) – Try to use a pre-deformed mesh to anticipate the deflection of the structure.
