      Answer: Check if file size for the said SolveHandlers.xml file is ‘0’ bytes (zero bytes) If so then Close Workbench and use Windows task manager to make sure no ANSYS programs are running. Then rename the file to say SolveHandlers.xml.bad Start Workbench again, the error should no longer be present.
