The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

Question: Trying to install and seeing Mount Directory Error “Cannot locate file for media #::1…”

      Answer: This message indicates that the user is trying to install without extracting the downloaded .zip file first. Have the user extract the .zip file and then run setup from the extracted directory. It is recommended to use the Windows extraction utility rather than a 3rd party zip utility.
