      In FLEXlm Option files, user names and hostnames are treated as case sensitive. By default GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE is OFF Kindly add “GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE ON” in first line of ansyslmd.opt file. This will Disables case sensitivity when defining groups/host_groups in the options file.
