I’m using joints in my model in Mechanical and the model does not converge with joint related errors? Also no motion is seen, joints seem locked?

One possible issue can be the way the joints were created. A common mistake is duplicating an existing joint and changing it to suit the user needs. The problem is that when this is done, the reference coordinate system of the joint does not move to suit the new joint location, it stays in the original position. So the user either needs to chance the reference coordinate system location to the new correct location or creates a new joint. When a new joint is created the reference coordinate system gets automatically placed on the centroid of the scoped reference face or faces. Also check if redundant DOFs are present since this can also cause problems. A redundancy check could help trace the issue (RMB on connections). As general advice I recommend users to start with a fixed body to ground joint. Then add one joint at a time, testing each one, making sure they move as intended (configure option).
