How to select multiple faces with same area at once and assign boundary conditions in SpaceClaim?

      You can use the power select tool. Click on one of the faces, go to Selection, if your geometry has multiple bodies and the faces with same area are across multiple bodies, check the Search All Bodies option and select Faces with same area. This selects faces of same area. Now click on Create NS to create named selection and this applies one single named selection to all the selected faces.
