      In Ansys Discovery, we have ‘Remove Interiors’ option to remove Interior surfaces that would create for closed sketch regions within the sketch on switching to 3D mode.

      Please refer the attached document for steps and example to remove interior surface within the sketch before switching to 3D mode.
