How to install ANSYS Help locally under linux?

      After downloading the ANSYS local help tar archive from the ANSYS Customer Portal, restore the tar archive and execute: INSTALL If you have installed it outside of your “ansys_inc” directory, you have to register the location of the ANSYS Help installation for indicating to the ANSYS software where to find the help files with: usr/local/ansys_inc/v190/Tools/mono/Linux64/bin/mono INSTALLATION_PATH/help/HelpViewer/ANSYSHelpConfigurationTool.exe –setLocal If your ANSYS Help is installed in the ansys_inc directory, “INSTALLATION_PATH” is: …/ansys_inc/v190/commonfiles/ After you have completed the ANSYSHelpConfigurationTool, the help location is stored in the home of the user in: ~/.config/Ansys/v190/anshelp/HelpSettings.xml
