      There area a couple of options which can be used to preserve the boundary of hole once it is filled. Option 1: Using Fill tool. In Options panel, select “Patch fill” which will preserve the hole boundary Option 2: Missing Faces tool. In Options panel, select “Patch” which will preserve the hole boundary
