How can I avoid the creation of hanging nodes on face zone in hexahedral mesh?

      If you have an hexahedral mesh e.g. CutCell and you want to introduce prism layer, you can get hanging nodes on the face zone. The reason is the warp quality of the surface mesh. If the quality is worse than 0.1 these cells are splitted. You will get hanging nodes. You can avoid the bad quality by a finer mesh or quality improve algorithm in Fluent Meshing.
