      Please use following step: 1. Close all ANSYS applications 2. Open up Windows Explorer and go to the address bar. 3. Type in %appdata% 4. Go to the Ansys directory and rename the V191 directory (closeout of workbench or Fluent sessions first) to say V191_old. 5. Then go to %temp% and delete the contents of temp including the .ansys directory.
