      Add “C:Program FilesMicrosoft HPC Pack 2012Bin” to PATH environment variable. ex: Path=%SystemRoot%system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%System32Wbem;C:Program FilesMicrosoft HPC Pack 2012Bin Reason: jobtemplate.exe binary is in the Microsoft HPC Pack 2012 installation folder and needs to be in the PATH
