In this quick tip video, we will see how you can create saved scenes. You can save images using Scenes to capture model views. A scene can include the model orientation and visibility with material coloring, results display definition including notations and legend, as well as results presentation options. Exported saved scenes are included in the report and can be saved for use outside of the Discovery application in 2D or 3D.
To export a particular scene, switch to the simulation from which you want results and then select Export to 2D Image or Export to 3D Image. A save file dialog prompts for a file name and location to save.
Note:Â Explore only supports up-to-date result in one simulation at a time, so if you have multiple simulations, only scenes in one simulation will contain results. If you want results from multiple simulations, then switch to the simulation that you want results from, solve, and then create the report, you can do this for each simulation that you require results from.
