      This error can be solved with the following methods. Method 1: Execute a file called ProductConfig.exe in the directory C:Program FilesAnsys Incv121commonfilestoolswinx64. Method 2: Install the ANSYS prerequisites. Run the “Setup.exe” file from the installation media again, and execute “Install Required Prerequisites”.
