      In this video you will learn how you can convert the topology optimized body to CAD model that can be exported. You can convert the topology optimized shape to a faceted geometry, that can be saved as a stl file. You can further convert this faceted geometry into a NURB based 3D geometry with convert to solid option, or you can take it to subD modelling where you can make organic changes to the optimized shape.

      You can convert the faceted model into a SubD model (2024R1 and onwards), and make organic shape that can be used, refer this knowledge article to understand this workflow further: Advanced Geometry – Ansys Knowledge
