      Remove and reinstall VC++ redistributables. 1. Use Add/Remove programs to uninstall all versions of “Microsoft Visual C++ 20xx Redistributable” 2. From the AnsysEM installation media prerequisites folder, install the x86 and x64 versions of each VC++ redistributables.
