      Both the Boundary Layer Channel flow model and the Stagnation Flow/Rotating Disc CVD model will handle surface reactions with diffusion. The Stagnation Flow/Rotating Disc CVD model handles flows parallel to a reacting surface and the second model will handle impingement flows on a reacting surface. Both models can model diffusion at the mixture-averaged (Fickian) level or at the full multicomponent level.
