      If you click on just a face, you can always use the Parent select (the up arrow located on the bottom right corner of the screen) to select the body. Refer attached image which shows this option. You can also click on the solid in the structure tree. You can also try Component Select and then pressing the child select to go down one level. Other than that, triple click is the best option. You can also click anywhere on a body and use right click > Locate in Structure Tree to highlight the body in the structure tree.
