      If your model is a Mesh, then the Scale tool under the Facets tab will be the best tool to use. If your model is a solid, then the Pull tool combined with the “Scale Body” tool guide is what you will want to use. In order for the input field to appear, press the spacebar on your keyboard, and then you will be able to type in “1/48” and press Enter/Return to scale.
