      Kindly try this solution. 1.Run “C:Program FilesnCodeANSYS 2020 R2 nCode DesignLife 64-bitGlyphWorksbinncpref.exe” 2.Go to /Libraries/Licensing/ANSYSPre2020R2packages/global > the value would be false and, make it ‘True’. The problem should have been fixed.
