      If you go to the File menu, SpaceClaim options, Navigation, you’ll be able to customize the navigation within SpaceClaim. The setting for zoom will be in the zoom group “Zoom with mouse wheel” and you’ll want to switch from “In zoom mode” to “Always”. Refer attached snapshot which shows this option.
