      On the server, there’s a Flex data directory under %ALLUSERSPROFILE%. Depending on the OS version and the local machine setup, it may be in one of these locations: C:ProgramDataMacrovisionFLEXlm (Vista or Windows 7) C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataMacrovisionFLEXlm (XP) (The drive letter may be different). Once you’ve found that directory: – Shut down the Flex server (i.e. lmgrd.exe) – In the above directory, delete the file ‘SPACECLMborrow’ – Restart the server. This should clear the server borrow information.
