The simplest way to add a taper using a known linear offset is with the Move tool. 1. On the desired face, click the edge whose position will be adjusted. 2. Click the Move tool from the Design toolbar. 3. Click the handle that corresponds to the direction the edge must move to achieve the desired taper. 4. With only 1 direction selected, press the Space bar on the keyboard and enter the offset value. 5. Press Enter to complete the operation. See Also: Pull > Draft and Pull > Pivot Edge
