      Penetration is determined by penetration tolerance factor and underlying element depth. Three are three options to fix it: 1. Reduce the tolerance by either a factor or a value under Penetration tolerance under contact; 2. Refine mesh near contact regions; 3. Use normal Lagrange formulation
