      Answer: The Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) can be blocking the websockets needed. Try disabling FIPS or adding exceptions for the ANSYS directories or the executable such as Workbench or ANSYS Electronics Desktop. If FIPS isn’t enabled, this could be another security program that is blocking and will require the same exceptions.
