The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

      This error message can occur in SpaceClaim but as well in Fluent Meshing when loading a SpaceClaim document. SpaceClaim requires to set the alternate license preference to CFD PrepPost Open SpaceClaim and then File > SpaceClaim Options > License and set the Alternate License to CFD PrepPost Keywords: disco_level1
