How can I prevent parts from getting remeshed when there is no change to geometry? I have a parametric simulation where multiple parts are being supplied to the same solution cell at each Dp. When the geometry updates, all the parts are submitted for remeshing even though only one has changes.

The fix for this is to modify the properties of the Geometry cell to have your Geometry Editor check parts for changes before resubmitting them to meshing for the next Dp. Both SpaceClaim and Design Modeler have the property “Advanced Geometry Options” This property function controls whether or not the geometry is assessed for changes. By default, this function is turned off, sp parts are remeshed at every Dp. Right-clicking the Geometry cell and setting “Compare Parts On Update” from “No” to “Associatively” is the best option in most cases.
