The ICEM CFD direct interfaces are legacy translators and it is preferable to use the Workbench readers (“File>Workbench Readers”). But if you still choose to use these older readers, then the following information is useful: The ICEM CFD NX4 reader was supported for Linux and Windows. Development of the NX5 reader was skipped, and the NX6 reader was only supported on Windows. The NX4 or NX6 reader can be used for NX5 by doing the following: The folder of the direct Interface is in the subfolder of ICEM: ..v110icemcfdwin{64_amd}difuglibug e.g. C:Program FilesANSYS Incv110icemcfdwindifuglibug e.g. ug22_vendor_dir (NX4) make a copy of this folder and rename it to ug23_vendor_dir (NX5) Or copy the ug24_vendor_dir to ug23_vendor_dir to use the NX6 interface for NX5.
