The Watertight Workflow in Fluent meshing would automatically change the boundary condition type if part of the boundary name contains strings that recall other boundary conditions names (such “inlet”, “outlet”, etc.). In order to avoid this issue, simply change the named selections for bodies and boundaries or make sure that the boundary conditions types are properly set for all the boundaries (not only the ones with named selections).
