When the design is created in [mm] the smallest design change (i.e. pull) is 0.01 [mm]. For smaller changes, a change of the units is required. For a new design you can directly start by setting the units to micrometer or nanometer in File > Spaceclaim Options > Units. For an existing design the units can not be changed from [mm] to micrometer directly. But this change can be achieved with the following steps: 1) export the geometry as Parasolid 2) open a new SCDM and change the units to micrometer 3) import the Parasolid You may also refer to the solution #2039002 if you work with a version of SCDM prior to 18.0
