Zero Thickness geometry-meshing error

I have created the geometry by apdl code and import in ansys workbench. When trying to generate mesh ansys is showing many errors like The pinch control was ignored because the tolerance is too small, The mesher did not generate any nodes.  All geometry may have been defeatured away,The Quad Mesher failed on one or more faces etc. What Can I do to solve the error. I want to apply static load on the geometry.

Hi First open the file in Ansys DM and assign thickness.
Then do operations to make it as single body.
In mechanical assign thickness at top/bottom/mid location as per cad.
Apply mesh size to default and mesh.
In errors. Right click to show object and apply any logical corrections.

      Dear Sathya,

Thank you so much for the the reply. Do I have to make a single body by Boolean tool? I have tried with the boolean tool but when I selected all the surface I can't create one body. I have total 2330 bodies but after applying the bolean it make 841 body instead 1 body. I can't understand where is the problem? Do you have any idea of how can I solve the issue ?
