SubscriberHello everyone,
I want to launch an analysis of a crack in a solid in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, measuring 6000×2000×2000 mm (height×width×thickness), but I get the following error: "Your product license has numerical problem size limits. You have exceeded these problem size limits and the solver cannot proceed
". I have tried changing the average size of the mesh, but with that, I lose too much quality in the results. Can you think of any other solution I could give to this problem? I am using the student version of ANSYS. I have attached an image of the problem.Â

Ansys EmployeeHi,
To reduce the number of elements, you can analyze half or quarter of your full model, if your loading and boundary conditions are symmetric. You can refer the below link for answers on the same topic.

Thank you.
