XY plots in Discovery Fluid simulations

Is it possible to create XY plots in discovery fluid simulations as in Fluent. For example distance along a path vs pressure plot?

Hello Krishnan,

If you're referring to Discovery, this functionality is not available directly in the current post-processing tools as it is in Fluent (for example, plotting pressure versus distance along a path).

As a workaround, you could use Discovery scripting to discretize the line/path into multiple points, extract the desired result quantity (such as pressure) at each point, and then generate an XY plot from the collected data. In other words, the script would split the line into points, evaluate the results at those locations, and export the data for plotting.
