Workflow for Aero Lookup Tables

Hi, I am looking for the best workflow to generate an aerodynamic lookup table for a rocket at mach<0.3

I need to extract the Drag Coeficient,Lift Coeficient,Pitching moment Coeff, and rRoll damping across a range of Mach numbers and Angles of Attack.

      1. Automation: How do I use the Parameter Set in Workbench to automate these sweeps efficiently?

      2. Roll Damping: Is a Steady-State MRF (Moving Reference Frame) approach sufficient for extracting damping derivatives at these speeds?

      3. Resources: Are there specific Ansys Innovation Courses or tutorials that cover Aerodynamic Derivative extraction?

      Thanks for any guidance
